1)    Start the quest at location (3,16).

2)    Go to loc (15,9)

3)    Then go to (13, 9), and take the Rocket Launcher.

4) Go to store at (13, 14), and buy blueprint for Gentech Bazooka MK1 blueprint, and 1 Rocket Propelled Grenade.
5) Learn blueprint.
6) Go to Assembly (9, 15), and make Bazooka.
7) Return to (15, 9).
8) Use Bazooka.
